Buyers Premiums

• Friday Firearm Auction: 10:00 AM
• Choice Find: 10:00 AM (Lots 1000-1999, Ring #1)
• Bid Find: 10:00 AM (Lots 2000-2999, Ring #2)
• Crate Find: 10:00 AM (Lots 3000-3999, Ring #3)
• Saturday Specialty Auction: 12:00 PM (Lots 4000-4999, Ring#4)
Auction start times are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to maintain published schedules, EJ'S Auction & Appraisal reserves the right to modify start times, ring order, or lot sequencing as necessary. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the Upcoming Auctions page on our website weekly for the most current and accurate start times.

Payment Terms
• All purchases require payment in full within 24 hours of auction end.
• Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
• Credit cards declined at time of payment will incur a $25.00 fee.
• You will receive an invoice via email or text with a secure link for payment. Payments may also be made in person or by wire transfer (contact [email protected]).
• Accounts become overdue and in default 24 hours after auction completion.
• A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) applies to overdue balances.
• Default may result in resale to the next highest bidder; the defaulting bidder remains responsible for any shortfall or fees.

Taxes
Applicable Arizona State and local sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale license is provided prior to the sale date.

Removal, Storage, and Forfeiture
• All items must be paid for within 24 hours and removed by 4:00 PM the day following the auction (or by Sunday at 4:00 PM if the auction occurs on a Saturday).
• Items not removed by this deadline will incur a $10.00 per lot, per day storage fee starting Monday after the auction.
• After five (5) calendar days, uncollected items, whether paid or unpaid, will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and may be resold at the next available auction.
• EJ'S Auction & Appraisal cannot store purchased items.

Shipping Terms
• EJ'S Auction & Appraisal provides in-house shipping when possible. Once payment is received, items are transferred to our shipping department for processing.
• When packaging is complete, you will receive a separate shipping invoice by email and text.
• Shipping payment is due within 7 days of the shipping invoice date. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture.
• Depending on size or special handling, certain items may be sent to third-party shippers.
• Buyers are solely responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements.
• It is highly recommended that you obtain a shipping estimate before bidding.

All property is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Items are typically used and may show wear consistent with age and use. Descriptions and photos are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed accurate. Bidders are responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding and/or asking for a condition report.
The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold as is and without recourse.
Vehicle emissions compliance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.________________________________________
Inspection and Registration
• Preview available Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM before the auction.
• All purchasers must register and provide requested information. You are responsible for all purchases made under your bidder number.

Default and Liability
• Default occurs when payment is not made within 24 hours.
• In default, the second-highest bidder may be offered the item at their last bid.
• The defaulting bidder remains liable for any shortfall, interest, and collection costs.
• The auctioneer's liability, if any, is limited solely to refunding monies paid on a lot that cannot be delivered.

Agency and Risk
• The auctioneer acts solely as an agent and is not responsible for acts of consignors or clients.
• Persons on the premises assume all risks of damage, loss, or injury and release the auctioneer from liability.
• Buyers are responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by themselves or their agents.

Additional Terms
• The auctioneer reserves the right to add or withdraw items from sale.
• Title and risk transfer to the buyer once an item is declared "SOLD."
• EJ'S Auction & Appraisal is not responsible for missing, stolen, or broken items after sale.
• Consignors may not bid on their own items.
• A $250 reward is offered for information leading to arrest and prosecution of any individual caught stealing or tampering with lots.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE END OF AUCTION.WE ACCEPT CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, OR WIRE-TRANSFER. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS OR CHECKS.
BIDDER CARDS MAY BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED 2 DAYS AFTER AN INVOICE HAS BEEN SENT.
ANY ONLINE BIDDERS WHO HAVE A CREDIT CARD DECLINE AT TIME OF PAYMENT WILL BE ASSESSED A $25.00 FEE.
BIDDERS WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION WITH A CONVENIENT LINK TO PAY BY CARD OR YOU MAY PAY IN PERSON. FOR WIRE TRANSFER INFORMATION PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE (623-878-2003) OR EMAIL NICOLE AT [email protected] BEFORE THE AUCTION.
PROOF OF IDENTITY MAY BE REQUIRED ON CREDIT CARD PURCHASES FOR FIRST TIME BIDDERS AND/OR FOR INVOICES OVER $2000.00.
Shipping Terms
BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED.
EJ'S AUCTION & APPRAISAL DOES IN-HOUSE SHIPPING. Items purchased that require shipping will be processed after payment has been received. Once items have been paid for they will be sent to the shipping department to be processed and packaged. When packaging is complete, bidders will receive a shipping invoice via email and text. After the shipping invoice has been sent out you have 7 days to submit payment, if payment is not made within those 7 days the items will be forfeited. WE CANNOT STORE YOUR ITEMS!!!

SALES TAX
Unless a tax resale license is provided to [email protected] prior to date of sale, the purchaser will be required to pay the combined Arizona State and local sales tax.
